VRATISLAVIA CUP MIĘDZYNARODOWY TURNIEJ KENDO #6
REGULAMIN ZAWODÓW

W ramach VRATISLAVIA CUP MIĘDZYNARODOWEGO TURNIEJU KENDO
(6. EDYCJA) w dniach 08-09.07.2023 rozegrane zostaną następujące kategorie:

-       Kategoria Indywidualna OPEN do 1 DAN włącznie.
(dla kobiet i mężczyzn ze stopniami kyu oraz 1 DAN)
Mężczyźni, którzy zajmą pierwsze 8 miejsce w tej kategorii przechodzą do Kategorii Mężczyzn 2 DAN +.

-       Kategoria Indywidualna Mężczyzn 2 DAN +

-       Kategoria Indywidualna Kobiet OPEN (dla wszystkich kobiet bez względu na posiadany stopień)

-       Kategoria Drużynowa

oraz odbędzie się konkurs na najbardziej kreatywną nazwę i zekken w turnieju drużynowym

1. W turnieju mogą brać udział zawodniczki urodzone / zawodnicy urodzeni przed 01.01.2008
2. W Kategorii Indywidualnej OPEN do 1 DAN włącznie mogą wziąć udział zawodniczki i zawodnicy ze stopniami KYU kendo oraz 1 DAN kendo.
3. W Kategorii Indywidualnej Mężczyzn 2 DAN + mogą wziąć udział zawodnicy ze stopniami 2 DAN i wyższymi oraz pierwszych 8 mężczyzn sklasyfikowanych najwyżej w Kategorii Indywidualnej OPEN.
4. W Kategorii Indywidualnej KOBIET OPEN mogą wziąć udział zawodniczki ze stopniami KYU i DAN kendo
5. W Kategoriach Indywidualnych zawodniczki / zawodnicy zostaną rozlosowani do grup w których walki odbywać się będą systemem każdy z każdym.
6. W Kategorii Indywidualnej Mężczyzn 2 DAN + drogą losowania zawodnicy zostaną podzieleni na 8 grup w których pozostaną wolne miejsca, w które zostanie dolosowanych 8 zawodników sklasyfikowanych najwyżej w Kategorii Indywidualnej OPEN.
   1. Rezultay walk grupowych liczone będą wg następujących reguł:
      większa ilość walk wygranychwiększa ilość remisówwiększa ilość zdobytych punktów
      jeżeli wszystkie rezultaty są takie same, o kolejności decyduje walka ippon shobu (bez limitu czasu). Jeżeli kolejność zawodniczek / zawodników awansujących do fazy play-off jest wyjaśniona - nie dotyczy zajmujących kolejne miejsca (odpadają z dalszych walk)
7. W Kategorii Drużynowej biorą udział drużyny maksymalnie 4 osobowe, w tym 1 rezerwowa /rezerwowy
   dopuszcza się udział drużyn niepełnych (2-osobowych). Ustawienie w drużynach niepełnych – Senpo (1), Taisho (3).
   Nie ma ograniczeń dotyczących składów drużyn przy uwzględnieniu warunku z pkt 2.
   Rezultaty walk grupowych liczone będą wg następujących reguł – kolejno:
   • większa ilość wygranych meczów
   • większa ilość remisów w meczacj
   • większa ilość indywidualnych zwycięstw
   • większa ilość zdobytych punktów (ippon)
   
   jeżeli wyniki są takie same dla 2 drużyn, o kolejności decyduje walka ippon shobu (bez limitu czasu) pomiędzy reprezentantami drużyn. Jeżeli dotyczy to więcej niż 2 drużyn, reprezentanci drużyn walczą między sobą o kolejność w grupie jak w turnieju indywidualnym
   
   W fazie play-off turnieju drużynowego o zwycięstwie w meczu decyduje kolejno:
   • większa ilość zwycięstw indywidualnych
   • większa ilość zdobytych punktów (ippon)
8. Kolejność walk
   w grupach 3 osobowych / drużynowych: 1-2; 1-3; 2-3
   w grupach 4 osobowych / drużynowych: 1-2; 3-2; 3-4; 1-4; 1-3; 2-4
9. Liczebność grup oraz ilość zawodniczek / zawodników awansujących do fazy play-off zostanie podana po zamknięciu zgłoszeń. Wtedy też zostaną opublikowane “drabinki” oraz czas trwania walk.

COMPETITION RULES

As part of the VRATISLAVIA CUP INTERNATIONAL KENDO TOURNAMENT
(6th EDITION) on 08-09/07/2023 the following categories will be played:
- Individual OPEN category up to 1 DAN inclusive.
(for women and men with kyu degrees and 1 DAN)
Men who take the first 8th place in this category move on to the Men's Category 2 DAN +.
- Men's Individual Category 2 DAN +
- Individual Women's OPEN Category (for all women, regardless of their rank)
- Team category

and there will be a competition for the most creative name and zekken in the team tournament

1. Players born before 01/01/2008 may participate in the tournament
2. In the Individual OPEN Category up to and including 1 DAN, competitors with KYU kendo and 1 DAN kendo degrees may participate.
3. In the Individual Men's 2 DAN + Category, competitors with 2 DAN and higher grades and the first 8 men ranked highest in the Individual OPEN Category can participate.
4. In the Individual OPEN WOMEN Category, competitors with KYU and DAN kendo degrees may participate
5. In Individual Categories, competitors will be drawn into groups in which the fights will take place in a round-robin system.
6. In the Men's Individual 2 DAN + Category by drawing lots, the competitors will be divided into 8 groups in which there will be vacancies, in which 8 competitors classified highest in the Individual OPEN Category will be drawn.
7. The results of group fights will be counted according to the following rules:
• more fights won
• more draws
• more points scored
if all the results are equal, the order is determined by ippon shobu (no time limit). If the order of the players advancing to the play-off phase is clarified - it does not apply to the runners-up (they are eliminated from further fights)
8. The Team Category includes teams of up to 4 people, including 1 reserve/reserve
Participation of incomplete teams (2-person) is allowed. Lineup in incomplete teams - Senpo (1), Taisho (3).
There are no restrictions on the composition of teams, taking into account the condition of point 2.
The results of group fights will be counted according to the following rules:
• more matches won
• more draws in matches
• more individual victories
• more points scored (ippon)

if the scores are the same for 2 teams, the order is determined by the ippon shobu (no time limit) match between the representatives of the teams. If more than 2 teams are involved, the team representatives will compete with each other for the order in the group as in the individual tournament

In the play-off phase of the team tournament, the winner of the match is decided in the following order:
• more individual victories
• more points scored (ippon)
9. Order of fights
in groups of 3 people / teams: 1-2; 1-3; 2-3
in groups of 4 people / teams: 1-2; 3-2; 3-4; 1-4; 1-3; 2-4
10. The number of groups and the number of players advancing to the play-off phase will be announced after the closing of applications. Then the "brackets" and the duration of the fights will be published.
